Breast Augmentation Revision

Breast Augmentation Revision

The best opportunity to have a great outcome with surgery is with the first operation.  Sometimes the results don’t turn out as expected or have changed over time.  Dr. Pastrick has extensive experience with surgical revisions.  Breast augmentations revisions may be necessary due to deflated or leaking implants, implant malpostions, scar tissue problems (capsular contracture), or simply to change implant size.

Before and After Picture Gallery

Patient 1:  This patient had breast augmentation by another surgeon, but obviously the implants were too low after the surgery.  I revised the augmentation to correct the malpostioned implants.

Patient 2:  This patient had old, ruptured silicone implants and developed tight scar tissue around the implants.  I removed the old implants, excised the scar tissue and replaced new, larger (per patient request) silicone implants.

Patient 3:  This patient developed a leak in her left saline breast implant which I replaced.
